Position Overview
As the Cashier Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers enjoy a superior shopping experience while managing the daily functions of the Front-end Department. This role merges hands-on cashier responsibilities with leadership duties, ideal for those who prioritize customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling.Supervise and mentor cashiers to uphold high service standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Front End Department.Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Qualifications:Experience: At least 3 years in a cashier position, preferably with supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality.Skills: Excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and a customer-centric mindset.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, lift, and carry items for extended periods.Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
