Night Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 632162 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk and guest services.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
- Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for front desk staff, including hiring and training new employees in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked front desk and guest services area.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a hotel environment and may be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
