About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Synergie Hunt International inc. in Brandon, MB. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the store's visual merchandising team to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
