The Position

We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to spearhead growth and advance market share for the Samsung brand in the Montreal-South Shore region. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with front-line sales associates at carrier-branded and national retail wireless locations, presenting compelling content and value propositions for Samsung products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships across all levels of carrier and national retailer organizations, driving influence and mind share for Samsung products and services.
  • Evaluate and ensure all interactions with retail partners are aligned towards increasing sales and market share for Samsung.
  • Execute on the go-to-market strategy of the regional team, ensuring attainment of all KPIs and metrics impacting performance.
  • Communicate and report on the effectiveness of product launches and special promotions while executing on the launch plan.
  • Conduct training sessions, meetings, and events on behalf of Samsung.
  • Analyze market trends and gather insights on how Samsung products are perceived and performing in the market.
  • Complete daily store visit productivity reports and weekly/monthly activity reporting requirements.
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure effective demonstration of Samsung product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Train and coach carrier retail national retail sales reps, providing sales support through business advice and product consultation.
  • Ensure Samsung product stock levels and merchandising requirements meet product demand, escalating issues directly to Samsung for resolution.
  • Maintain direct contact with distribution points of sale in market, supporting Samsung marketing and brand initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4+ years in a multi-unit retail or field sales environment.
  • 2+ years' experience in the wireless industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail, marketing, and sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and process-driven mindset.
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive base salary range of $55,000 - $60,000, with a quarterly bonus of 25% as well as a car allowance, vacation time, additional flex days, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.
