Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Senior Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and managing contracts.
Responsibilities- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, both internal and external, with minimal disruptions.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, ensuring timely renewals and amendments as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and electronic inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Inventory Control: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
