We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at TRANSNET FREIGHT LTD.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

In addition, the Senior Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and flexible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
