About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.

Job Summary:

The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, scheduling appointments, compiling data, and maintaining office supplies. They will also evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials
  • Coordinate logistics and arrange travel itineraries
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position with 30-40 hours per week
  • Proficient in English language

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
