Overview

Bowlero Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager/Chef to join our team. As a key member of our Food & Beverage program, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the kitchen's food operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to plan and execute events, including catering and special occasions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations, as well as company standards for food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Current ServSafe certification and ability to obtain ServSafe instructor certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of culinary professionals.
