Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous-chefs, specialist chefs, and cooks
