Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator

At Greenlife quality cleaners Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Work Setting:
Private sector.
