Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator
At Greenlife quality cleaners Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assist in the preparation of the operating budget.
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills.
- Fluent in English.
Work Setting:
Private sector.
