Job Title:

Administrative Assistant - Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Presotea. As an Administrative Assistant - Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Arrange travel and itineraries
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Assist with training staff
  • Coordinate information flow within the team
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure.
