Route Sales and Business Development Specialist

ColdHaus Direct, a direct-to-store distributor, is seeking an experienced Route Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our customer base in the gas, convenience, and grocery channels.

Sales OpportunityWe are offering a competitive annual salary of $52,500 to $57,500, depending on experience, to support your professional growth and career advancement. Job Responsibilities- Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with supplier partners' representatives to provide them with product knowledge, consumer trends, and overall business needs.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns to win their business.
- Effectively manage inventory by keeping accurate records that are reconciled daily.
- A minimum of one to three years' sales experience and secondary-school education is preferred.
- A valid Class G Driver's License is mandatory, with a minimum three years' driving experience and a safe and clean driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, time management, and customer service skills to effectively build relationships.
- A full-time schedule with a regular 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
