Sales Leadership Opportunity in Luxury Retail

At Stuart Weitzman, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our North American retail locations. As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in achieving store AOP and individual goals by executing company initiatives and operational standards.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Sustaining a high level of sales performance and achieving individual and store targets.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Mentoring and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Staying current with market trends, fashion styles, and client shopping behaviors.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of sales success and leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and mobile devices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
