As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in achieving store AOP and individual goals by executing company initiatives and operational standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Sustaining a high level of sales performance and achieving individual and store targets.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Staying current with market trends, fashion styles, and client shopping behaviors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of sales success and leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and mobile devices.
