We are seeking a talented and experienced Luxury Retail Business Leader to join our team at Prada in Toronto.

The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can embody the spirit of our brand and lead our store team to achieve outstanding results. As a Luxury Retail Business Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales performances, developing business plans, and representing the company on the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maximize sales performances by implementing effective strategies and motivating the team.
  • Develop and propose business plans to ensure the store's success and growth.
  • Represent the company on the local market, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall and attract new clients.
  • Be present on the sales floor, ensuring a proper approach and service to clients.
  • Foster the omni-channel development through the team.
  • Meet the store-operating budget, controlling store expenses.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in luxury retail management, preferably with experience in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and persuade people.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction and service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
