Luxury Retail Sales Floor Leader

The Assistant Store Manager at Tapestry demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, driving sales growth through employee development and strategic store operations. This role requires a strong business acumen, with the ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets, in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service, while maintaining a high level of sales performance.
- Work closely with the Store/District Manager to protect and drive the needs of the business, including daily operational tasks and store upkeep.
- Evaluate performance of team members, providing consistent and timely feedback, and creating action plans for continuous development.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent, working closely with the Store Manager to maintain a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.).
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
