Job Description

As a Restaurant Operations Director at MEHFIL BAR AND GRILL, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Management Team: You will lead a team of 5-10 managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facilities maintenance.
  • Quality Control: You will monitor and maintain high standards of quality in food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Restaurant Operations Director at MEHFIL BAR AND GRILL, you will need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a track record of achieving results through your team.
  • Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • MS Access and Excel Skills: Proficiency in MS Access and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
