Job Title: Deskside Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Technician to join our team at Voyager Systems Corp.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and software. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical support staff to resolve complex issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical procedures and processes.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
