About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Operations Specialist to join our team at J S Trucking Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, network connectivity, and business applications.
  • Consult technical documentation, knowledge bases, and online resources to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log to facilitate collaboration among technical support analysts.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and software usage.
  • Supervise junior technical support staff and ensure that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in help desk operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
