Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transaction Processing: Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and provide financial reports to management, as required.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The work hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.
