Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits.
  • General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
  • Financial Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate financial data, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment:

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk will work in a fast-paced office environment, with regular interactions with colleagues and management.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

32 to 40 hours per week.
