Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, prepare journal entries, and review vendor statements.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and review customer statements.
  • General Ledger: Prepare general ledger, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to multitask.
