Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Maur Logistics Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transaction Processing: Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial documents.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
