Corporate Sales Trainer Position
Rafih Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled corporate sales trainer to join our team. This role demands a proven track record in delivering effective learning and development practices across dealership operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills of sales newcomers.
- Design and deliver personalized coaching strategies to support sales team members.
- Provide ongoing support and necessary resources to ensure sales team success.
- Conduct training sessions for both new and existing staff to improve sales performance.
- Evaluate sales interactions, gather feedback, and analyze trainee performance and outcomes.
- Develop training programs aligned with financial goals and objectives.
- Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and create training content within deadlines and budgetary limits.
- Organize reviews of individual and team performances to highlight areas of strength and improvement.
- Monitor sales targets and outcomes, and gather feedback on training programs.
- Report on the effectiveness of training initiatives and maintain accurate records of training activities, materials, and associated costs.
Requirements:
- Expertise in customer service and time management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skill in designing impactful training programs.
- Strong organizational and people skills.
- Competence in evaluating performance.
- Experience in team building and development.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales coaching, training specialist, or similar roles.
- Relevant certifications in sales training.
Position Details:
- Full-time role.
