Job Description

Segula Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Systems Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering expert training on vehicle electrical systems to production employees at our clients' manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on vehicle electrical systems, including powertrain, chassis, and body wiring, electronic modules, and drive vehicle test processes.
  • Provide expert coaching to repair technicians on root cause analysis and vehicle repair procedures for complex electrical system malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering, product, and production issues during pilot build, product launch, and production phases.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on current vehicle electrical and communications systems, and develop training materials accordingly.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of current automotive vehicle system operation, diagnostics, and repair (electrical and mechanical).
  • Experience with vehicle communications systems (CAN/LIN/K-Line), sensors, and electronic controls.
  • Proficiency in using automotive electrical diagnostic tools, such as scan tools, DVOM, scopes, and CANalyzer tools.
  • ASE Certification.
