Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Systems Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on vehicle electrical systems for our clients. Your expertise will help our production employees master the latest electrical systems, ensuring they're equipped to tackle complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs on vehicle electrical systems, including powertrain, chassis, and body wiring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training materials, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide expert coaching to repair technicians, helping them diagnose and repair complex electrical system malfunctions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their training requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in vehicle electrical systems, ensuring our training programs are always current and relevant.

Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current automotive vehicle system operation, diagnostics, and repair (electrical and mechanical).
  • Experience with vehicle communications systems (CAN/LIN/K-Line), sensors, and electronic controls.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment.
  • ASE Certification.
