Job Description

FREIGHTCOM INC. is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
  • Provide customer service
