About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Communications Representative to join our team at Swipe Say Easy. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in crafting impactful communications that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic communication plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts to inform future strategies.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Support with internal and external sales events, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Maintain and update communication databases and contact lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools, including CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
