We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting vulnerable youth and families. As an Intake Worker, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing service plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and develop service plans
  • Connect clients with community resources and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
