Customer Service Supervisor
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Market Foods. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise
- Establish work schedules and sell merchandise
- Resolve customer complaints and organize inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers and manage cash
- 11-15 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent oral communication and flexibility
- Reliability, team player, and initiative
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
