Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of work schedules and employee performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
