Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Once Upon A Child. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and data entry
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
