Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the work of customer service representatives, maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment, and requisitioning materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and review the work of customer service representatives
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependability and reliability
