About the Role:
The Administrative Team Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including:
- Managing daily operations
- Receiving and distributing mail and materials
- Planning and organizing daily tasks
- Recording meeting minutes and seminars
- Developing office procedures and routines
- Scheduling appointments and managing contracts
- Providing customer service and answering phone calls
- Compiling data and statistics
- Maintaining digital databases
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
