Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Mobile Snap. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Publicize activities, workshops, and events to promote fundraising and information purposes.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Arrange for billing, refunds, and credits, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Explain services offered, including costs and benefits, to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, including customer interactions and feedback.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Receive and log customer complaints, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Receive payments and process transactions efficiently.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
