Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Serving Guests
    • Welcoming guests and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Preparing food and beverages to order
    • Presenting food and beverages in a clean and attractive manner
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service
    • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Flexibility and Adaptability
    • Working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
    • Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • No Experience Necessary
    • We are happy to train the right candidate
  • Previous Experience an Asset
    • Previous experience in food service or retail is an asset, but not required
  • Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
    • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
