Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Serving Guests
    • Welcoming guests and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
    • Preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Preparing food and beverages to order, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
    • Managing food inventory and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Customer Service and Resolution
    • Responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
    • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • No prior experience is required, but previous experience in food service or retail is an asset
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
