Why is this role important?

At Real Canadian Superstore, our Store Team Members are the backbone of our operations. They play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are always ready to meet the needs of our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring that the store is always stocked with available products.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards, ensuring that our products are always presented in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering to ensure that our stores are always stocked with the products our customers need.
  • Setup company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
  • Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Experience you bring:

While previous experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

What you bring:

  • The ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to move up to 50lbs and be in constant mobility for an entire shift, with a strong physical presence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
