We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at A4S Immigration Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, answering and directing calls, and taking messages as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, maintaining work records and logs, and receiving and issuing payments.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, arrange teleconferences, and coordinate with clients and internal teams as required.
- Communication: Record and relay information, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
