Job Description

RS Software, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry relationships and market knowledge.
  3. Manage and nurture existing channel partners and strategic business partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of RS Software's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings, to provide consultative and informative sales solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  1. End-to-end understanding of payment central infrastructure business space.
  2. End-to-end understanding of payments landscape for banks, financial institutions, processors, and payFacs.
  3. End-to-end understanding of card payment, account-based payment, and instant payment.
  4. End-to-end understanding of Canada's e-Transfer and upcoming RTR payment landscape.
  5. End-to-end understanding of India's digital payment stack.
  6. End-to-end understanding of centralized and bank-level payment FRAML management.
  7. End-to-end understanding of centralized and bank-level bill payment solutions.
