Job Title: Sales Lead

RS Software, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the digital payments industry.
  3. Manage and nurture existing channel partners and strategic business partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RS Software's products and services, as well as competitors' offerings, to effectively position our solutions to meet customer needs.
  5. Utilize a consultative and informative approach to define customer solutions, creating differentiation and driving sales growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  1. End-to-end understanding of the payment central infrastructure business space.
  2. End-to-end understanding of payments landscapes for banks, financial institutions, processors, and payfac.
  3. End-to-end understanding of card payments, account-based payments, and instant payments.
  4. End-to-end understanding of Canada's e-transfer and upcoming RTR payment landscape.
  5. End-to-end understanding of India's digital payment stack.
  6. End-to-end understanding of centralized and bank-level payment FRAML management.
  7. End-to-end understanding of centralized and bank-level bill payment solutions.
