About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Growth Strategist to join our team and expand our client's business in the North American Market. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth within the North American Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships with key decision-makers in the North American Market.
  • Negotiate campaign terms and marketing budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record in the North American Market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
