We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Project Manager, Redevelopment Project to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing strategic project management expertise and leadership to the Redevelopment Project. Your primary focus will be on facilitating operational priorities through effective change management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This involves planning, development, coordination, and implementation of change management strategic plans, projects, and initiatives that support key operational and strategic priorities.
About the Role
This senior-level position requires strong clinical project management experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects involving various stakeholder groups. As a Lead Clinical Project Manager, you will work closely with clinical and work stream leads to provide coordination and project management for clinical departments within a strategic change context. You will develop and implement effective project plans, including risk assessments, communication strategies, and project monitoring processes. Additionally, you will oversee the development and implementation of work plans for your team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategic plans, projects, and initiatives.
- Provide strategic project management leadership to assigned site-wide projects, ensuring successful completion of project components.
- Collaborate with clinical and work stream leads to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and maximize sustained success beyond project completion.
- Lead a team of project staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or equivalent in a clinical health science discipline.
- At least 7 years of clinical project management experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROSCI) is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
