Project Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing clinical projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage clinical project planning, integration, implementation, and commissioning transition initiatives.
  • Provide strategic clinical project and change management leadership expertise to support the overall Redevelopment Project.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate operational priorities and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement standard methodologies, including project and change management tools, to achieve improved performance across the site.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a clinical health science discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Seven (7) years of clinical project and change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROSCI) is a preferred asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
