Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Co-ordinator of Administrative Support Services to join our team at Barrie Taxi Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and Coordinate Events

You will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including planning and organizing logistics.

Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, planning daily operations, recording meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries.

Record Keeping and Data Analysis

You will oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compile data and statistics, and prepare reports.

Inventory Management and Travel Arrangements

You will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, arranging travel, and making reservations.

Customer Service

You will provide excellent customer service, greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence and documents.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Languages

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Term

This is a permanent position.

Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
