Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Barrie. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office correspondence, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain office calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to maintain accurate records.
- Help maintain an organized workspace and assist with ordering office supplies as needed.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
