Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Contract Tax Administrative Professional to join our Tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing support to a team of Partners and professionals
  2. Typing and formatting correspondence, reports, or other documents based on drafts, including correction of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  3. Maintaining Partners' billing records
  4. Planning and organizing internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings
  5. Performing administrative tasks related to the department's operations, such as research, coordination of special events, updating documents, and filing
  6. At peak periods, assisting with the printing of T1 forms (personal federal and provincial taxes) and T2 forms (corporate federal and provincial taxes) and processing their electronic filing

Your Experience and Education

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in an administrative position, with experience in a professional services environment being an asset
  2. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. A professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
  5. You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
