About the Role:

As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the face of Four Seasons, providing warm and personalized service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Greet and assist guests, providing exceptional hospitality and recognition.
  • Utilize our guest recognition program to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Develop connections with guests, gather feedback, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Verify guest arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, and provide other requested services.
  • Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages and correct room assignments.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, accommodating special requests and resolving customer complaints.

About You:

  • Previous Front Office experience is required, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages an asset.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, we require our service staff to be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
