About the Role:


The Guest Experience Ambassador is a dynamic individual who embodies the spirit of delivering exceptional guest experiences at Vail Resorts. This role requires a unique blend of customer service skills, product knowledge, and adaptability to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide personalized assistance to guests via phone and email, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, conveying the value proposition of our resort products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including resolutions and follow-ups.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices in customer service.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities.
  • High school diploma required, some college education preferred.
  • Familiarity with ski industry operations and procedures.
  • Candidates must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
