Luxury Guest Experience Agent Role

As a Luxury Guest Experience Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service at our resort. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest feels welcome and cared for throughout their stay. This involves coordinating with various departments to guarantee seamless execution of guest requests. You will also serve as a host/hostess, greeting arriving and departing guests with warmth and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Greet guests with genuine hospitality and recognition.
  • Utilize Golden to maximize guest recognition and satisfaction.
  • Develop connections with guests, gather feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Verify arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests.
  • Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages and correct room assignments.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.

About You:

  • Previous Front Office experience is required, preferably within a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Able to multi-task and remain highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, oral and speaking). Additional languages are an asset.
  • Able to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our resort operates 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working various shifts. We offer competitive compensation: $23-$24 per hour.
