Job Title: Program Administrator

The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Program Administrator. This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for the Hearings Office, the College's peer coaches, and physiotherapists going through coaching programs.
  • Manage a fast-paced and unpredictable workday, building strong relationships with team members.
  • Coordinate and schedule practice assessments, cautions, and related activities.
  • Assist with the administration of the College's Learning Management System and file sharing system.
  • Support committee member onboarding and training, as well as provide administrative support to the Committee Chair, panels, and counsel as required.
  • Administer post-hearing surveys and report results, facilitate the ordering of transcripts, and ensure decisions of the Discipline Committee are posted to Canlii in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of relevant experience working in a dynamic office environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to self-edit, and ensure accuracy of data, information, and written communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to deal effectively with stakeholders over the telephone and in writing.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver on competing priorities.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to solve problems independently, using judgment to escalate as required.

  • A permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $56,000.00 to $63,000.00 based on qualifications and experience.
